Care starts with
a closer look.

Simple checks between service visits. Match watering to the landscape, weather and system in front of you.

Walk through a watering cycle
  1. Watch each zone while it runs. Note tilted heads, blocked spray, leaks and water landing on pavement.
  2. Mark the location of problems and note the zone number. Ask for help with damaged equipment or persistent leaks.

Adjust for rain and changing conditions
  1. Review the controller as weather and plant needs change. Rainfall should count toward the water your landscape receives.
  2. If water starts running off, pause watering. Shorter cycles with time for water to soak in may suit the site better than one long cycle.

Prepare for a service visit
  1. Write down which zones have problems and when you notice them. Photos can help explain a dry area, broken head or pooling water.
  2. Share the property address, controller location and access details with your request. The office confirms the scope, price and availability.
